In the heart of Positano, Palazzo Murat preserves the charm of an eighteenth-century residence, with Baroque architecture and a botanical garden surrounding the palazzo. Its distinctive character reflects a blend of historic heritage, family tradition and a deeply rooted culture of hospitality.

INSIDER has worked alongside Palazzo Murat since 2021, supporting its transition from four to five stars and helping improve commercial performance and grow direct bookings.

Our work has also encompassed guest satisfaction management. We introduced tools and a structured approach to collecting, monitoring and analysing guest feedback, turning it into practical insights to guide decisions and improve service.

We also led the rebranding and developed the new website, aligning the hotel’s identity and digital presence with its new positioning.
