Hotel startup, recruitment, distribution and Revenue Management
INSIDER supported Palazzo San Giovanni Resort throughout its startup journey, coordinating preparations for opening and establishing its commercial and organisational foundations.
Our work included initial staff recruitment and onboarding across sales channels, managing distribution setup and activation to make the resort available for booking through the different channels.
We also managed Revenue Management, developing pricing and sales policies aligned with the property’s positioning and market demand. This included monitoring bookings and adjusting commercial strategies, ensuring continuity beyond the opening phase.
The project brought together operational preparation, distribution and revenue management, supporting the resort from startup through to market launch.
